The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to help customers save energy and money by increasing awareness of the utility's energy management programs and information. This position has the opportunity to influence residential and commercial customer participation in energy efficiency and conservation programs.

The successful candidate will work with knowledgeable staff who are passionate about energy conservation, learn about new technology, mine and analyze utility data to inform the strategic direction of the department, develop and implement research and communication plans, collaborate with in-house and agency professionals to develop messaging and materials, and contribute to pilot project design and implementation. This position also has the opportunity to recommend program design/changes and incentives through research and analysis.

Requirements As A Qualification & Progression

 


Experience:

Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the marketing field with emphasis on research and/or direct marketing

Education and/or training: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, Market Research, Business Administration, or related field.

HOURS

WAGES AND BENEFITS
